At Let's Have a Natter, we invite you to ask yourself who you are and explore what you truly desire.

We seek to promote better health outcomes by encouraging you to live authentically outside the unwritten expectations of life that no one asked for. We’re in pursuit of creating a safe space - we're here for ya, ready to embark on a journey down the rabbit hole together.

As a holistic mental health service, we're committed to providing psychoeducation, services, products, and creative avenues to help alleviate distress and support you when things are difficult so life can feel more content and joyous. Together, we can create tools, find interventions, and discover alternative points of view to generate self-knowledge and shared conversation to better understand ourselves.

Let's Have a Natter (or a good old chat!)

Let’s Have a Natter about

Who’s that girl?”

Liv is a mental health, metaphysics and music practitioner (best and strangest combo ever!) accredited by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists, who integrates intuitive holistic and evidence-based practices, focusing on the connection between mind, body, and spirit. With a Master of Mental Health Practice, Liv’s knowledge encompasses mental health care theory and practice rooted in healthcare research to support individuals to create treatment plans and interventions and conduct or refer for assessment where necessary. This cognitive way of working is balanced with metaphysical philosophy, which encourages self-discovery on a deeper connected level between the physical, mental and emotional realms, incorporating spiritual principles and energy systems to support alignment with your true self and feel connected to the energy around you.

Liv’s journey started out as a musician and creative, moving to London in her mid-20s and working in multiple countries, consequently as a sound artist and music teacher. Liv's first non-art job was at a psychiatric facility for young people, where she discovered an interest in mental health services. Since then, she has built a diverse freelance career in healthcare, education, and music, working in the corporate world, NGOs, schools and hospitals. Some of the best projects were the integration of music into healthcare services. At London Chest Hospital, we nattered with patients to understand their stories and musical tastes, which would be incorporated into a live radio. Natters and music - heaven! Liv also supported neighbours in East London to come together and see beyond their conflict as a mediator, helping individuals to tell their stories and re-write their conflict narratives for a more open perspective, leading to new possibilities and positive outcomes. More recently, Liv has volunteered or worked at Women's Health & Equality QLD, Prince Charles Mental Health Unit, supported young females as a high school mental health counsellor, and created and implemented healthcare education programs for general practitioners.

Liv has done some stuff:
