Liv is an accredited complementary therapist and mental health practitioner
  • With over 20 years of experience in mental health, education, healthcare, and the arts, Liv created Let’s Have a Natter to bring together her unique integrative approach to the therapeutic space. She has supported people in hospitals, high schools, outpatient mental health settings, corporate offices, and even live hospital radio, always focusing on compassion and creating a safe space for individuals to feel seen and heard.

    Liv holds a Master of Mental Health Practice and is nearing completion of a Master of Counselling. She has also trained in energy psychology, somatic practices, and holistic metaphysical counselling. Her approach blends evidence-based interventions with body-based and creative methods to meet the complexity of human experience, especially for those who’ve felt things unresolved by a diagnosis or let down by the medical model.

    Liv’s style is relational, down-to-earth, and strengths-based. She listens deeply, offers gentle guidance, and creates space for all parts of you to be welcomed - even the ones you hide.
